Whether you're just curious about what we do or you've got specific questions about managing household expenses, we're here to help.
Support Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Taiwan Standard Time. We typically respond to emails within 4-6 hours during business hours.
Office Visits
We welcome in-person meetings by appointment only. Our Banqiao office is accessible via MRT — just a short walk from Banqiao Station.
After Hours
Weekend inquiries are reviewed on Monday mornings. For urgent matters during off-hours, please mention "urgent" in your email subject line.
Finding Our Office
By MRT
Take the Blue Line to Banqiao Station. Exit through Gate 3 and walk north along Wenhua Road for about 8 minutes. We're located in a residential-commercial building on the second floor.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes serve the Wenhua Road area, including routes 307, 810, and 843. Get off at the Wenhua Road Section 1 stop and walk approximately 3 minutes to our building.
Parking
Street parking is available on nearby streets, though it can be limited during weekday mornings. The nearest public parking structure is located two blocks west on Minsheng Road.
Landmarks
Our building is near the Banqiao Cultural Center and just past the Family Mart convenience store. Look for the grey building with green window frames — that's us on the second floor.
